How do we collect your data?
Most of the data our Company collects is provided by your directly. We collect data and process data when you:
- Use the photobooth and make payment
- Voluntarily complete an online customer form on our website to receive your digital images.
- Use or view our website via your browser's cookies.
- When you contact our guest support team via email or the online form
- Our Company may also receive your data indirectly from Nayax PLC, our payment provider.
How do we use your data?
We store your photos so we can deliver them to you after a paid session through one of our photo collection microsites.
Your photos are transferred securely via SFTP to our Files.com server and are stored for up to 30 days. This gives you time to scan the QR code printed on the bottom of your photo strip and download your images. After 30 days, your photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our server.
If you wish to request removal of your images before the 30-day period expires, you may:
When you scan the QR code on the bottom of your photo you will be directed to our photo collection microsite. Our Company collects your name, email address and DOB at this point so that we can send you your digital images by email. If you do not not consent to receiving email marketing from Snaparazzi your information will be deleted once your photos have been sent.
If you consent on our photo collection microsites, we will securely send and then save your information in our Atreemo database so that we can send you marketing emails and photobooth news.
If you consent on our photo collection microsites, we may share your data with our venue partners. This only takes place where a signed data sharing agreement exists between Snaparazzi Photobooths Limited and our venue partners. Unless specified at the photobooth, we only share your name, email address and date of birth and opt-In status with our partners. Photos are not shared.
Snaparazzi is the data controller for the personal information you provide through our photo collection microsites.
Where you choose to receive marketing communications from one of our partner venues and provide your explicit consent, Snaparazzi will securely transfer your personal data to the venue using SFTP. In relation to that marketing activity, the partner venue acts as a separate and independent data controller and is responsible for its own processing of your personal data, including any marketing communications it sends to you.
Snaparazzi does not control how the partner venue uses your personal data once it has been transferred. The venue processes your personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. We recommend that you review the partner venue's privacy policy to understand how your personal data will be used and how you can exercise your data protection rights.
You may withdraw your marketing consent or unsubscribe from the venue's communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in its emails or by contacting the venue directly. Withdrawing your marketing consent will not affect your ability to access or receive your photos through Snaparazzi.
We will Share images and GIFS from free to use events. When photobooths are switched to free-mode for private functions and corporate events the booking party is the owner of those images. The image files are sent via a secure password encrypted link from our FTP SERVER. To protect you when using a photobooth in free-mode, the start screen will always display the message “IMAGES FROM THIS EVENT WILL BE SHARED”
If you contact us on email or our help form we will use your information to Process refunds and provide support
- If requested by official authorities we reserve the right to share your information to help in criminal investigations.

How do we store your data?
Our Company stores your data securely on our secure servers - all our data is saved in data warehouses in the United Kingdom.
Photobooth images and GIFs will be stored securely on an FTP server hosted by files.com and will be deleted permanently after 30 days. This time period is sufficient to allow customers to retrieve their images after purchase.
The Company shall ensure that the following measures are taken with respect to the storage of personal data:
- All hard copies of personal data, along with any electronic copies stored on physical, removable media are stored securely in a locked box, drawer, cabinet, or similar;
- All electronic copies of personal data are stored securely using passwords and 128-bit AES data encryption;
- All personal data stored electronically are backed up DAILY with backups stored onsite AND/OR All backups are encrypted using 128-bit AES.
The company does not keep personal data for longer than is necessary based on the purpose or purposes for which that personal data was originally collected, held, and processed.
When personal data is no longer required, all reasonable steps are taken to erase or otherwise dispose of it without delay.
If you consent on one of our photo collection microsites will we securely transmit your name, email address and DOB to our Atreemo CRM.
International Transfers of Data
If you are located in the United Arab Emirates, your Personal Data will be transferred to and processed in the United Kingdom for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data during transfer and while it is stored and processed.
Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that international transfers of Personal Data are carried out in accordance with relevant data protection legislation.
